At Glow Berry Gifts Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing secure and reliable digital and physical cryptocurrency gift cards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital and physical gift cards are considered final once delivered, except as expressly provided in this Policy.

Because Digital Asset gift cards hold stored digital value, they are treated similarly to cash. Once accessed, redeemed, or compromised, they cannot be reversed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund, exchange, or replacement will be provided under the following circumstances:

• The gift card has been scratched, revealed, activated, redeemed, or used in any manner.
  
  

• The gift card has been tampered with in any way that affects its value or security.
  
  

• The security code, PIN, or QR code has been exposed.
  
  

• The customer provides incorrect wallet information.
  
  

• Market fluctuations in Digital Asset value.
  
  

• Failure to understand redemption instructions.
  
  

• Unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.
  
  

Any scratched card or card altered in a manner that affects its stored value shall be deemed non-refundable and non-replaceable.

3. Digital Gift Cards

For digital deliveries:

• Once the digital code has been delivered to the customer’s email or account, the sale is final.
  
  

• Glow Berry Gifts Ltd is not responsible for compromised email accounts or unauthorized third-party access after delivery.
  
  

4. Physical Gift Cards

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The card is returned unused,
  
  

• The scratch panel remains fully intact,
  
  

• The card shows no signs of tampering,
  
  

• The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

All returns must be inspected and verified before any determination is made.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged due to our error.

5. Incorrect or Defective Cards

If a card is proven to be defective and unused, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with:

• Clear photographs of the front and back of the card
  
  

• Proof of purchase
  
  

We reserve the right to verify the card status before issuing a replacement.

6. Fraud Prevention

Glow Berry Gifts Ltd reserves the right to:

• Refuse refunds where fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
  
  

• Request identity verification before processing any refund claim.
  
  

• Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
  
  

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for delivered digital or accessed gift cards. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent account restriction,
  
  

• Legal recovery action,
  
  

• Reporting to fraud monitoring agencies.
